Jim R. Perkins

Jim is a Senior CAD Designer with nearly 30 years of civil drafting and design experience, including more than two decades at Northern Engineering. He prepares topographic, record-of-survey, ALTA, preliminary plat, and final plat drawings and develops plan-and-profile sheets for roads, sewer lines, and storm drains. His technical background includes final grading and drainage, Civil 3D design, Pipeworks, and field-informed constructability developed through earlier concrete construction experience. Jim’s long tenure and practical drafting expertise support accurate, coordinated plans from survey through final design.
